A few important reminders before you arrive:

UPDATED START TIME
Due to the forecasted heat, we have moved the conference start time up to 8:30 AM. Doors will open at 8:00 AM for check-in.

HOT WEATHER – COME PREPARED
We are expecting hot temperatures throughout the day, particularly during the afternoon outdoor flight & demonstration sessions. Please come prepared for extended periods outdoors.

We strongly recommend bringing plenty of water, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and appropriate lightweight clothing. Hydration and shade will be available, but participants should plan accordingly for the conditions.

Please take the heat seriously, stay hydrated, and take breaks as needed. Safety comes first - no training evolution, competition, or flight is worth risking a heat-related illness.

REQUIRED WAIVER – ALL ATTENDEES
All attendees are required to complete a waiver regardless of whether you plan to fly. A completed waiver is required for entry into the conference.

Paper waivers will also be available on-site; however, we strongly encourage completing the electronic waiver in advance to help expedite check-in.

PRIZE-BASED FLIGHT COMPETITIONS
We’ll be offering three hands-on competitions with prizes throughout the day. If you’d like to compete, please register for a time slot in advance: [Select Appointment Below)

You are welcome to participate in all three competitions.

To keep prize eligibility fair across agencies, if multiple participants from the same agency compete in the same challenge, the lowest-performing score from that agency will be used for prize qualification. This ensures agencies with multiple competitors do not have an advantage over agencies with only one participant.
